WMS Application Analyst - Portsmouth

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with a primary focus on HighJump, Körber, and Infios - Provide initial application support for WMS-related issues across various platforms - Analyze and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently - Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements for enhancements and configuration changes - Assist with system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing endeavors for new WMS releases, patches, and enhancements - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure effective daily WMS operations - Monitor WMS performance and support proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives associated with system upgrades, new features, or process enhancements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors, adhering to change control processes - Practice discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while upholding confidentiality and professionalism - Engage in learning programs, webinars, and workshops to continually develop skills and knowledge - Provide friendly and professional support to internal and external stakeholders - Consistently exhibit behaviors reflecting Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Engage in occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses as needed - Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support during critical periods - Perform additional duties as required
