WMS Application Analyst - Piketon

- Support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors promptly - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configuration changes - Assist in system configuration, manage user access, and customize basic workflows - Participate in testing of new WMS releases and write validating test scripts - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth WMS operations - Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades and process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as necessary - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in daily decision-making - Engage in continuous learning initiatives, such as training programs and workshops - Provide proactive and friendly support to internal and external parties - Demonstrate alignment with Rural Kings core values - Occasionally travel to distribution centers or warehouses as needed - Be available for on-call rotation or after-hours support during critical periods - Perform other duties as assigned
