Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in supporting or managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally HighJump, Körber, or Infios.
- Familiarity with the configuration and customization of HighJump/Körber workflows or screens.
- Previous exposure to a distribution center or retail warehouse environment.
- Basic understanding of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools.
- Preference for experience with systems integration (e.g., ERP, TMS, RF devices).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with data querying or reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an independent working style with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms.
- Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues.
- Analyze and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configuration adjustments.
- Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization.
- Participate in testing new WMS releases, patches, and enhancements, including writing test scripts and validating functionality.
- Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth WMS operations.
- Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive health checks.
- Support project initiatives related to system upgrades or process enhancements.
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors, following established protocols and documentation standards.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment while maintaining professionalism.
- Engage in learning opportunities such as training programs and workshops to refine skills and stay current in the field.
- Provide friendly and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders promptly.

- Occasionally travel to distribution centers or warehouses as needed.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support during critical periods.
