WMS Application Analyst - Oak Hill

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios - Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and changes - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and minor workflow customizations - Participate in testing new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Monitor and analyze WMS performance, conducting proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades and improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as per established processes - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in daily decision-making - Engage in learning initiatives through training and workshops - Deliver friendly and professional internal and external support - Uphold Rural Kings core values in all interactions - Possible travel to distribution centers or warehouses as required - On-call rotation or after-hours support may be necessary during critical times
