Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in supporting or administering Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally HighJump, Körber, or Infios
- Familiarity with the configuration and customization of HighJump/Körber workflows and screens
- Previous experience in a distribution center or retail warehouse environment
- Basic knowledge of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools preferred
- Understanding of systems integration such as ERP, TMS, or RF devices is a plus
- Fundamental knowledge of SQL and experience with data queries or reporting tools is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms
- Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues across various platforms
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors promptly
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for minor enhancements
- Assist in system configuration, user access management, and workflow customization
- Participate in testing for new WMS releases, patches, and enhancements, including writing test scripts
- Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for seamless day-to-day WMS operations
- Monitor and analyze WMS performance, performing proactive system health checks
- Support project initiatives related to system upgrades and process improvements
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as needed
- Exercise independent judgment while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in decisions
- Engage in training programs and workshops to further develop skills and knowledge
- Provide friendly and proactive support to internal and external stakeholders
