Requirements
Must:
- 1-5 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferably HighJump, Körber, or Infios)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with configuration and customization of WMS workflows or screens
- Familiarity with distribution center or retail warehouse environments
- Basic knowledge of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration
- Understanding of system integration (e.g., ERP, TMS, RF devices) is preferred
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience with data queries or reporting tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Provide support and enhancements to our Warehouse Management Systems for HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms
- Address first-line application support for WMS-related inquiries and issues
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents in a timely manner
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements for enhancements and configuration changes
- Assist in system configuration and user access management
- Participate in testing new WMS releases and validate functionality
- Create and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth WMS operations
- Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks
- Support projects for system upgrades and process improvements
- Escalate complex issues following change control processes
- Participate in training programs and webinars for continuous learning
- Provide professional internal and external support
- Uphold Rural Kings core values in all interactions
- Occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses may be necessary
- On-call support may be required during critical periods
