Requirements
Must:
- 1-5 years of experience in supporting or managing WMS platforms, ideally HighJump, Körber, or Infios
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in the configuration and customization of HighJump/Körber workflows or screens
- Familiarity with distribution center or retail warehouse environments
- Basic understanding of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools
- Preferred familiarity with system integration, such as ERP, TMS, or RF devices
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience with data query or reporting tools is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including periodic lifting of up to 15 pounds
- Capability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms
- Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues across the platforms
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and quickly resolve user-reported incidents and system errors
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect and document requirements for enhancements and changes
- Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic customization of workflows
- Participate in testing procedures for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements
- Create and maintain user documentation, operating procedures, and training materials
- Work alongside warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily WMS operations
- Monitor and evaluate WMS performance and conduct proactive health checks
- Support project initiatives concerning system upgrades or process improvements
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as necessary
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in professional development opportunities like training programs and webinars
- Offer friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders
