WMS Application Analyst - Lynx

- Support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with a focus on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application assistance for WMS-related issues across designated platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors promptly - Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements for minor enhancements and configuration adjustments - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing for new WMS releases and enhancements, including script writing and functionality validation - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources - Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient daily WMS operations - Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health assessments - Assist with project initiatives related to system upgrades or process optimizations - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors following established protocols - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining professionalism - Engage in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and stay updated on industry trends - Provide friendly and professional support to internal and external stakeholders - Demonstrate our core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Be open to occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses and participate in on-call rotations during critical times - Complete other assigned duties as needed
