Requirements
Must:
- 1-5 years of experience supporting or managing WMS platforms, preferably HighJump, Körber, or Infios
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Experience with configuration and customization of HighJump/Körber workflows or screens
- Familiarity with distribution center or retail warehouse environments
- Basic understanding of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools
- Preferred knowledge of systems integration (e.g., ERP, TMS, RF devices)
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience with data querying or reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-centric approach
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios
- Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and changes
- Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization
- Participate in testing new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements
- Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials
- Work alongside warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth WMS operations
- Monitor and analyze WMS performance and support proactive health checks
- Support project initiatives related to system improvements
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as needed
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in daily decisions
- Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs and workshops
- Provide friendly, proactive assistance to internal and external inquiries
