WMS Application Analyst - Londonderry

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios - Provide first-line support for WMS-related issues across various platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and efficiently resolve user-reported incidents and system errors - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for minor enhancements and configurations - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing of new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless WMS operations - Monitor and analyze WMS performance, conducting proactive health checks - Support project initiatives regarding system upgrades, new functionalities, or process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors, adhering to change control processes - Exercise discretion and independent judgment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism - Engage in available learning initiatives to acquire new knowledge and refine skills - Provide proactive and professional support to both internal and external stakeholders - Uphold and exemplify Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement
