Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in supporting or administering WMS platforms, preferably HighJump, Körber, or Infios.
- Familiarity with configuring and customizing workflows or screens in HighJump/Körber.
- Experience working in a distribution center or retail warehouse environment.
- Basic understanding of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools.
- Preferred knowledge of systems integration (e.g., ERP, TMS, RF devices).
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience with data querying or reporting tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to lift 15 pounds periodically and maintain a seated or standing position for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly HighJump, Körber, and Infios.
- Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues across specified platforms.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for system enhancements and changes.
- Assist in system configuration, user access management, and customization of workflows.
- Participate in testing for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements and validate functionality.
- Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth WMS operations.
- Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks.
- Support project initiatives related to system upgrades and process improvements.
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors while following documentation standards.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in decision-making processes.
- Actively engage in learning initiatives such as training programs and webinars.
- Provide friendly, proactive support to internal and external inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

- Travel to distribution centers or warehouses may be required occasionally.
