Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in supporting or administering Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably HighJump, Körber, or Infios
- Familiarity with configuration and customization of HighJump/Körber workflows or screens
- Experience in a distribution center or retail warehouse environment
- Basic understanding of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools
- Preferred knowledge of systems integration (e.g., ERP, TMS, RF devices)
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience with data queries or reporting tools is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for WMS-related issues across HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements for minor enhancements and configuration changes
- Assist in system configuration, manage user access, and customize basic workflows
- Participate in testing for new WMS releases, writing test scripts and validating functionality
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth daily WMS operations
- Monitor WMS performance and perform proactive system health checks
- Support project initiatives related to system upgrades and process improvements
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors while following change control processes
- Participate actively in learning initiatives such as training programs and webinars
- Provide friendly and professional support to assist with inquiries and issues
- Demonstrate behaviors aligning with Rural King’s core values
- May require occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses
- Be available for on-call rotation or after-hours support during critical periods
- Perform additional duties as assigned
