Requirements
Must:
- 1-5 years of experience in supporting or managing WMS platforms, ideally HighJump, Körber, or Infios
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with customizing and configuring HighJump/Körber workflows or interfaces
- Experience in a distribution center or retail warehouse is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools is preferred
- Understanding of system integration with ERP, TMS, or RF devices is a plus
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience with data querying or reporting tools is beneficial
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds periodically and maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations

Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with a focus on HighJump, Körber, and Infios
- Provide first-line application support for WMS-related concerns across the specified platforms
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors promptly
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for minor enhancements
- Assist with system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customizations
- Participate in testing for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts
- Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient WMS operations
- Monitor and analyze WMS performance and conduct proactive health checks
- Support projects related to system upgrades, new functionalities, or process enhancements
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors while adhering to change control protocols
- Engage in learning initiatives to acquire new knowledge and refine existing skills
- Provide friendly and professional support to internal and external inquiries and concerns

- May require occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses and participation in on-call rotation as needed
