WMS Application Analyst - Jasper

- Support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues - Analyze and troubleshoot user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently - Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements for minor system enhancements - Assist in system configuration and user access management - Participate in testing new WMS releases, including writing test scripts and validating functionality - Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth WMS operations - Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades or process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as needed - Actively engage in learning opportunities such as training programs and webinars - Offer friendly internal and external support to assist with inquiries and issues - Embody Rural King’s values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses may be required - Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support during critical periods - Perform additional duties as assigned
