Requirements
Must:
- 1-5 years of experience supporting or administering WMS platforms, preferably HighJump, Körber, or Infios
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience with configuration and customization of HighJump/Körber workflows or screens
- Familiarity with working in a distribution center or retail warehouse environment
- Basic understanding of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools
- Preferred knowledge of systems integration (e.g., ERP, TMS, RF devices)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with data queries or reporting tools is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds periodically
- Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, in-person and via electronic devices
- Close vision for computer-related tasks
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) including HighJump, Körber, and Infios
- Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues
- Analyze and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for system enhancements
- Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization
- Participate in testing new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements
- Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations of WMS
- Monitor and analyze WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks
- Support project initiatives related to system upgrades and process improvements
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors, adhering to change control processes
- Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while maintaining professionalism
- Engage in training initiatives to refine skills and stay updated on industry developments
- Provide friendly and professional internal and external support promptly
- Demonstrate behaviors aligning with Rural Kings core values
