WMS Application Analyst - Hillsboro

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors promptly - Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements for enhancements and configuration changes - Assist with system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations - Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades or process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as necessary - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while maintaining professionalism - Engage in training initiatives to refine skills and stay updated on developments - Provide courteous and effective internal and external support - Demonstrate commitment to Rural King’s values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Potentially travel to distribution centers or warehouses as needed - Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support during critical times - Perform additional duties as assigned
