Requirements
Must:
- 1-5 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly HighJump, Körber, or Infios
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with configuring and customizing HighJump/Körber workflows or interfaces
- Previous experience in a distribution center or retail warehouse setting
- Basic understanding of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools
- Knowledge of systems integration (e.g., ERP, TMS, RF devices) preferred
- Basic knowledge of SQL and utilization of data querying or reporting tools is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently with an eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds periodically
- Capability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms
- Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and gather requirements for enhancements and changes
- Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow adjustments
- Participate in testing of new WMS releases, including writing test scripts and validating updates
- Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily WMS operations
- Monitor and analyze WMS performance and conduct proactive health checks
- Support project initiatives related to system upgrades and process improvements
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as needed
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in decision-making
- Engage in learning opportunities like training programs and workshops
- Provide friendly and professional support to internal and external stakeholders
