WMS Application Analyst - Hamden

- Assist in the support and enhancement of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with a focus on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application support for WMS-related incidents across designated platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and effectively resolve user-reported issues and system errors - Collaborate with business units to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configuration alterations - Participate in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Engage in testing for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing and validating test scripts - Develop and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources - Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient WMS operations - Monitor and assess WMS performance, conducting proactive system health checks - Support project efforts related to system upgrades, new functionalities, or process refinements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors, adhering to change control processes and documentation standards - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism - Actively engage in learning initiatives such as training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge - Provide prompt and friendly support to internal and external inquiries, addressing issues effectively - Exhibit behaviors that align with Rural Kings Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Be prepared for occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses and availability for after-hours support during critical periods - Perform additional duties as necessary
