WMS Application Analyst - Friendship

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), concentrating on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application support for WMS issues across the specified platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors swiftly and effectively - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configuration changes - Assist in system configuration, manage user access, and customize basic workflows - Participate in testing efforts for new WMS releases and enhancements, including writing test scripts and validating functionality - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily WMS operations - Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades and process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as per change control processes and documentation standards - Utilize discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while upholding confidentiality and professionalism - Actively engage in learning initiatives such as training programs and workshops - Provide courteous, proactive, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders
