WMS Application Analyst - Franklin Furnace

- Provide initial application support for WMS issues across HighJump/Körber/Infios platforms - Analyze and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for system enhancements - Assist in configuring systems, managing user access, and customizing basic workflows - Participate in testing for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts - Maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate smooth WMS operations - Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health assessments - Support various project initiatives related to system upgrades and improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors while adhering to change control processes - Engage in training and learning opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on WMS advancements - Provide professional support to both internal and external inquiries promptly - Demonstrate Rural King values: People First, Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Perform other assigned duties as needed
