WMS Application Analyst - Frankfort

- Provide initial application support for WMS-related queries across HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Analyze and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for system enhancements and adjustments - Assist in the setup of system configurations and user access management - Participate in testing for new WMS updates, including writing test scripts and validating new functionalities - Develop and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate smooth daily WMS operations - Monitor and assess WMS performance, conducting proactive health checks for the system - Support projects related to system upgrades, additional functionalities, or process enhancements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors, following change management protocols - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decision-making while preserving confidentiality - Participate in training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills - Offer friendly and professional support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly - Exhibit behaviors that reflect Rural King’s core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Occasionally travel to distribution centers or warehouses as needed
