WMS Application Analyst - Coalton

- Provide primary application support for WMS-related inquiries across HighJump/Körber/Infios platforms - Analyze and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configuration changes - Assist with system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customizations - Participate in testing new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts and validating functionalities - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient day-to-day WMS operations - Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades, new features, or process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors following change control protocols - Maintain discretion and professionalism in daily decision-making - Engage in training programs, workshops, and webinars to further develop skills and knowledge - Provide friendly and proactive internal and external support to address inquiries and concerns promptly - Demonstrate commitment to our core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Occasionally travel to distribution centers or warehouses as needed - Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support during critical periods - Fulfill other duties as assigned
