Requirements
Must:
- 1-5 years of experience supporting or administering WMS platforms, especially HighJump, Körber, or Infios
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in configuring and customizing HighJump/Körber workflows or screens
- Familiarity with distribution center or retail warehouse operations
- Basic understanding of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools
- Preferred knowledge of systems integration (e.g., ERP, TMS, RF devices)
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience with data queries or reporting tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-centered approach
- Ability to lift 15 pounds periodically
- Capability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms
- Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues
- Analyze user-reported incidents and system errors, resolving them efficiently
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements
- Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization
- Participate in testing for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts
- Create and maintain user documentation, operating procedures, and training materials
- Ensure smooth daily operations with warehouse and logistics teams
- Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks
- Support project initiatives related to upgrades, new functionalities, or process enhancements
- Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as needed
- Participate in ongoing learning initiatives to stay current with developments
- Provide proactive, professional support to internal and external stakeholders

- May require occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses
- Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support during critical periods
