WMS Application Analyst - Circleville

- Provide primary application support for WMS-related issues across HighJump/Körber/Infios platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors promptly and effectively - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for minor enhancements and configuration changes - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing efforts for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including drafting test scripts and validating functionality - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily WMS operations - Monitor and analyze WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades, new functionality, or process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors while adhering to change control processes and documentation standards - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism - Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills - Provide courteous, proactive, and professional support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively - Demonstrate Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Occasionally travel to distribution centers or warehouses as needed - Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support during critical periods (e.g., system go-lives or peak seasons) - Perform other assigned duties as required
