WMS Application Analyst - Cherry Fork

- Support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide initial application support for WMS-related issues - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors promptly - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configuration changes - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and workflow customization - Participate in testing of new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient WMS operations - Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades and process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors as per established protocols - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions with professionalism - Participate actively in learning programs, training, and workshops - Provide friendly and professional support, assisting with inquiries and issues - Exhibit behaviors aligned with Rural Kings Values: People First, Integrity, Teamwork, and Continuous Improvement - Potential travel to distribution centers or warehouses may be required - After-hours support may be needed during critical periods
