WMS Application Analyst - Bourneville

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues across relevant platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configuration changes - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including test script creation and functionality validation - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth daily WMS operations - Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives involving system upgrades, new features, or process enhancements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors following change control processes - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism - Engage actively in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars - Provide friendly and professional internal and external support, addressing inquiries and issues promptly - Exemplify Rural Kings core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Occasionally travel to distribution centers or warehouses as necessary - Participate in on-call rotations or after-hours support during critical times - Perform additional duties as assigned
