Requirements
Must:
- 1-5 years of experience in supporting or managing WMS platforms, especially HighJump, Körber, or Infios
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with the configuration and customization of HighJump/Körber workflows or screens
- Experience in a distribution center or retail warehouse setting
- Basic knowledge of APIs, EDI, or middleware integration tools
- Understanding of systems integration (such as ERP, TMS, RF devices) is preferred
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience with data queries or reporting tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Customer-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) including HighJump, Körber, and Infios
- Provide initial application support for WMS-related issues and user-reported incidents
- Analyze and resolve system errors swiftly and efficiently
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requests for enhancements
- Assist with system configuration and user access management
- Participate in testing for new WMS releases and enhancements, including writing test scripts
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials
- Work alongside warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless WMS operations
- Monitor WMS performance and conduct proactive health checks
- Contribute to project initiatives for system upgrades or process enhancements
- Escalate complex challenges to senior analysts or vendors as needed
- Make independent decisions while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in learning initiatives and training programs to refine skills and stay updated
- Provide friendly, effective support for inquiries and issues
