WMS Application Analyst - Bentonville

- Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues across HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for minor enhancements and configuration adjustments - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements including writing test scripts and validating functionality - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Work alongside warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily WMS operations - Monitor and analyze WMS performance, supporting proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades, new features, or process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors, adhering to change control processes and documentation standards - Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism - Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills - Offer friendly, proactive, and professional support to others, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly - Exemplify Rural Kings Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Occasional travel to distribution centers or warehouses may be required - On-call rotation or after-hours support may be necessary during critical periods - Perform other assigned duties as needed
