WMS Application Analyst - Ashville

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with a focus on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms - Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues across HighJump/Körber/Infios platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors in a timely manner - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for enhancements and configuration changes - Assist in system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing efforts for new WMS releases, patches, or enhancements, including writing test scripts - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Ensure smooth day-to-day WMS operations by working closely with warehouse and logistics teams - Monitor and analyze WMS performance, performing proactive health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades or process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors, adhering to change control processes - Exercise discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining confidentiality - Actively engage in learning initiatives like training programs and workshops - Provide friendly and professional internal and external support to inquiries and concerns - Exemplify Rural Kings values of People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Potentially travel to distribution centers or warehouses as needed - Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support during critical periods
