WMS Application Analyst

- Support and enhance our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), focusing on HighJump, Körber, and Infios - Provide first-line application support for WMS-related issues across the platforms - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and system errors efficiently - Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements for enhancements and configuration changes - Assist with system configuration, user access management, and basic workflow customization - Participate in testing for new WMS releases, including writing test scripts and validating functionality - Create and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials - Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth WMS operations - Monitor and analyze WMS performance and conduct proactive system health checks - Support project initiatives related to system upgrades and process improvements - Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or vendors, following proper documentation standards - Participate in learning initiatives like training programs and webinars for skill enhancement - Provide friendly and professional internal and external support for inquiries and concerns - Demonstrate our core values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement - Travel to distribution centers or warehouses as needed and participate in on-call rotation during critical periods - Perform additional duties as assigned
