Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly with Jira project tracking
- Proven ability to document integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and similar technologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills
- Capability to merge technical details with business priorities to enhance end-to-end customer experiences
- Organized and proactive in driving clarity within complex systems
- Skilled in conflict resolution and addressing relationship challenges
- Ability to identify and resolve deviations from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Physical capability to maintain seated or standing positions for extended periods and navigate facilities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by aligning business requirements with technical execution across various platforms
- Gather and document both business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist with QA and UAT by writing test cases, validating system functionalities, and coordinating feedback
- Analyze data from multiple systems to pinpoint integration challenges and optimization opportunities
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Collaborate closely with teams utilizing HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms
- Employ discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in learning initiatives to acquire new knowledge and refine existing skills
- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to internal and external parties, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

- Perform additional duties as assigned
