Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in omni-channel, retail, or enterprise IT settings
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Jira project management tools
- Proven track record in documenting integrations and technical workflows across various systems
- Familiarity with technology platforms such as HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and related systems
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills
- Ability to connect technical details with business objectives to enhance end-to-end customer experiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and adept at clarifying complex systems
- Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to manage challenges in professional relationships
- Capable of identifying and addressing deviations from established processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Rural Kings omni-channel initiatives by linking business requirements with technical execution across multiple platforms
- Ensure smooth integration of systems that drive a unified customer experience from e-commerce to in-store operations
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for omni-channel projects
- Create detailed technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Manage Jira boards, user stories, and sprints to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Assist in QA and UAT by writing test cases, validating system functionalities, and coordinating feedback cycles
- Analyze data across systems to pinpoint integration challenges and areas for optimization
- Work with stakeholders to improve processes across online, in-store, and fulfillment systems
- Collaborate with teams using HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling OMS, Akeneo PIM, and other enterprise platforms for cohesive operations
- Use discretion and independent judgment in daily tasks while upholding confidentiality and professionalism
- Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to enhance skills and knowledge
- Provide courteous, proactive, and professional support to internal and external parties
