Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of applications support experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of experience with ERP, WMS, MDM systems
- Familiarity with Oracle XStore is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities

- Capability to participate in online onboarding processes remotely
- Proficient in completing computer-based training
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage thorough test plans, scripts, and test cases for various testing cycles
- Maintain a repository of regression tests for assigned applications, including automation scenario definitions
- Analyze defect trends and seek opportunities to enhance test cycles
- Identify automation opportunities within testing processes
- Drive the execution of automated scripts throughout the QA process
- Conduct test case execution using both manual and automated testing methods, interpreting results and relaying feedback to the development team through well-documented defects
- Engage in deployment and post-production validation
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Lead ongoing improvements of testing methodologies, practices, and technologies
- Mentor junior QA team members by providing training and guidance
- Coordinate with external development and testing teams
- Collaborate with end users for User Acceptance Testing
- Manage the Rural King application QA/Dev environments, including code version and data management
- Provide user assistance for application software
- Develop functional documents like training instructions for users
- Offer functional and technical support to internal stakeholders
- Assist with user training on software systems
- Provide technical guidance during the design, development, and testing phases of applications
- Participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Review enhancements for compatibility and ensure adherence to operational guidelines
- Create and present status reports to internal stakeholders
- Work with internal teams to formulate test cases, document, and resolve issues
- Provide on-call support as directed by the manager
- May need to cross-train and perform additional tasks
- Operate general office equipment
- Frequently use a keyboard for data entry
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Communicate effectively with others both in-person and through electronic means
