Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst - Tower Hill

- Plan and conduct functional, system, integration, and end-to-end testing - Manage the Dev/Test environments within Rural King - Ensure the integrity and availability of data and applications in our information systems - Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure comprehensive testing - Design, implement, and maintain detailed test plans, scripts, and cases - Maintain a repository of regression tests and define automation scenarios - Analyze defects and identify trends for enhancing test cycles - Spot opportunities for process automation - Execute automated scripts throughout the QA process - Test both manually and using automated suites, offering feedback to the development team - Participate in deployments and post-production validations - Mentor junior QA team members, providing them with training and support - Coordinate with external development and testing teams - Assist end users during User Acceptance Testing - Oversee Rural Kings QA/Dev environments, including code and data management - Support end users with application software guidance - Create functional documents such as user training instructions - Offer functional and technical assistance to internal customers - Conduct training sessions for end users on software systems - Provide technical support during software design, development, and testing - Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Evaluate and review enhancements for compatibility and adherence to guidelines - Prepare and deliver status reports to internal stakeholders - Collaborate to create test cases and identify, document, and resolve issues - Provide on-call support as directed by management - May require cross-training and other duties as assigned - Utilize general office equipment effectively - Frequently operate keyboard for data input - Remain seated or standing for extended periods - Communicate effectively with others both in-person and electronically
