Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst - Sullivan

- Develop, implement, and sustain detailed test plans, scripts, and test cases for various testing cycles - Manage a repository of regression tests for assigned application stacks and define scenarios for automation - Evaluate defects for trends and identify opportunities to enhance testing cycles - Spot areas within the process that could benefit from automation - Oversee the execution of automated scripts throughout all phases of the QA process - Conduct test cases through both manual testing and automated suites, analyzing results, and clearly communicating defects to the development team - Engage in deployment and validation after production - Work with internal and external teams to clarify requirements and acceptance standards - Lead the ongoing improvement of testing methodologies, processes, and technologies - Mentor junior QA team members by providing necessary training and support - Coordinate with external development and testing teams - Collaborate with end users to facilitate User Acceptance Testing - Manage Rural King application QA/Dev environments, including code version and data oversight - Offer guidance and support to end users for application software - Create functional documentation such as training materials for end users - Provide functional and technical assistance to internal stakeholders - Assist in training end users on software systems - Provide technical support during the design, development, and testing of applications - Participate throughout all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Review enhancements for compatibility and ensure adherence to operational guidelines - Prepare and present status updates to internal stakeholders - Work with internal teams to devise test cases, and document and resolve issues - Provide on-call support as directed - May be required to cross-train for other duties as necessary - Utilize general office equipment and frequently operate a keyboard - Remain seated, standing, or walking for extended periods - Communicate effectively in person and through electronic means
