Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst - Stewardson

- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, scripts, and cases for functional, SIT, end-to-end, and other testing cycles - Keep an organized repository of regression tests for assigned application stacks, including defining automation scenarios - Analyze defects for patterns and identify opportunities to enhance test cycles - Determine potential automation opportunities within processes - Facilitate the execution of automated scripts throughout the QA process - Conduct test cases through both manual testing and automated suites, interpreting results and relaying feedback to the development team through well-documented defects - Engage in deployment and post-production validation - Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria - Champion continuous improvement in testing processes, methodologies, and technologies - Mentor junior QA team members, offering training and guidance - Coordinate with external development and testing teams - Collaborate with end users during User Acceptance Testing - Manage Rural King application QA/Dev environments, including code versioning and data management - Provide end user guidance and support for application software - Develop functional documents such as training materials for end users - Offer functional and technical assistance to internal customers - Support training for end users on software systems - Provide technical assistance during the design, development, and testing of applications - Participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Analyze and review enhancements for compatibility with operational standards - Prepare and present status reports to internal stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to create test cases and resolve identified issues - Provide on-call support as directed by management - May be required to cross-train and perform additional duties - Utilize general office equipment - Regularly operate the keyboard for data entry - Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods - Effectively communicate verbally with others in person and via electronic devices
