Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst - Pana

- Develop, implement, and uphold comprehensive test plans, scripts, and test cases for various testing cycles including functional and end-to-end - Keep a repository of regression tests for assigned applications including identifying scenarios for automation - Evaluate defects to identify trends and improvement opportunities in testing cycles - Spot automation opportunities throughout the testing process - Oversee the execution of automated scripts across all QA stages - Conduct test cases that incorporate both manual testing and automated sequences, interpreting outcomes and relaying feedback to the development team through clearly articulated defect reports - Take part in deployment and post-production validation processes - Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria - Champion ongoing enhancements in testing methodologies, processes, and technologies - Provide mentorship to junior QA team members, offering training and direction - Coordinate activities with external development and testing teams - Collaborate with end users to facilitate User Acceptance Testing - Manage the QA/Dev environments for Rural King applications, including code version control and data management - Offer end-user support and guidance for application software - Draft functional documentation, including training materials for end users - Assist internal customers with both functional and technical queries - Aid in training users on software systems - Provide technical support during the design, development, and testing phases of applications - Engage in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Analyze and assess enhancements for compatibility and adherence to operating guidelines - Compile and share status reports with internal stakeholders - Work in conjunction with internal teams to create test cases while identifying and documenting issues - Offer on-call assistance as assigned by the manager - May be asked to cross-train and perform additional duties as necessary - Utilize standard office equipment as required - Frequently operate a keyboard for data entry - Remain seated or mobile for extended periods of time - Communicate effectively both in person and digitally with others.
