Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of applications support experience or a combination of education and similar experience
- 3 years of experience with ERP, WMS, MDM
- Familiarity with Oracle XStore is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and uphold comprehensive test plans, scripts, and test cases for various testing cycles, including SIT and end-to-end testing
- Maintain a repository of regression tests for assigned application stacks, inclusive of defining automation scenarios
- Examine defects for patterns and opportunities to optimize test cycles
- Recognize opportunities for automation within processes
- Lead the execution of automated scripts at all QA process levels
- Conduct test cases utilizing both manual and automated testing, interpret results, and provide feedback to the development team through well-documented defects
- Involve in deployment and post-production validation
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Champion continuous improvement of testing methodologies, processes, and technologies
- Mentor junior QA team members by offering training and guidance
- Coordinate with external development and testing teams
- Partner with end users to carry out User Acceptance Testing
- Manage the Rural King application QA/Dev environments, including code versioning and data management
- Offer guidance and support to end users regarding application software
- Create functional documentation like training instructions for end users
- Provide functional and technical assistance to internal stakeholders
- Aid in training end users on software systems
- Offer technical support during application design, development, and testing phases
- Participate in all stages of the SDLC
- Analyze and assess enhancements for compatibility and adherence to operational guidelines
- Prepare and deliver status reports to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to formulate test cases, document issues, and resolve them
- Provide on-call support as directed by the manager
- May require cross-training and undertaking other tasks
- Utilize general office equipment
- Frequently operate keyboards to input information
- Remain seated, standing, or walking for extended periods
- Communicate effectively with others, both in person and electronically
