Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst - Greenup

- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, scripts, and test cases for various testing cycles including functional, SIT, and end-to-end testing - Maintain a regression test repository for assigned application stacks and define automation scenarios - Analyze defect trends and identify opportunities for test cycle improvements - Recognize automation opportunities within processes - Drive the execution of automated test scripts across the QA process - Execute test cases, utilizing both manual and automated testing methods, interpret results, and provide clear feedback to the development team through well-documented defects - Participate in deployment and conduct post-production validation - Collaborate with internal and external teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria - Lead ongoing enhancements of testing processes, methodologies, and technologies - Mentor junior QA team members by offering training and guidance - Coordinate with external development and testing teams - Collaborate with end users to facilitate User Acceptance Testing executions - Manage the Rural King application QA/Dev environments, including code versioning and data - Offer end-user guidance and support for application software - Create functional documentation such as training materials for end users - Provide both functional and technical assistance to internal customers - Assist in training end users on software systems - Provide technical support during application design, development, and testing phases - Engage in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Review enhancements for compatibility and ensure they comply with operational guidelines - Prepare and deliver status reports to internal customers - Work closely with internal teams to develop test cases, document, identify, and resolve issues - Provide on-call support as directed by management - May require cross-training and the performance of additional duties - Operate general office equipment as necessary - Frequently use a keyboard to input information - Maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations
