Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst - Arthur

- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive test plans, scripts, and cases for various testing phases - Maintain a repository of regression tests for assigned application stacks, including defining scenarios for automation - Analyze defects for trends and identify opportunities to enhance testing cycles - Seek out automation opportunities in processes - Manage execution of automated scripts throughout the QA process - Execute test cases through both manual and automated testing, interpret outcomes, and provide clear defect reports to the development team - Engage in deployment and post-production validation - Collaborate with various teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria - Lead ongoing enhancements of testing processes, methodologies, and technologies - Mentor junior QA team members by providing training and support - Coordinate with external development and testing teams - Partner with end-users for User Acceptance Testing execution - Oversee the Rural King application QA/Dev environments, including code versioning and data management - Offer user guidance and support for application software - Craft functional documents like training manuals for end users - Deliver functional and technical assistance to internal clients - Train end-users on software systems - Provide technical support during application design, development, and testing phases - Participate in all stages of the SDLC - Review enhancements for compatibility and adherence to operational guidelines - Prepare and present status updates to internal stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to develop test cases, document issues, and resolve problems - Offer on-call support as directed by management - May require training in other duties as necessary - Utilize general office equipment - Frequently operate keyboard for data entry - Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods - Communicate effectively with others, both in-person and electronically
