Senior Software QA Analyst - Windsor

- Strategize, implement, and sustain detailed test plans, scripts, and cases for various testing phases including functional and end-to-end - Manage a repository of regression tests for assigned applications, including creation of automation scenarios - Investigate defects to identify patterns and improve testing cycles - Discover automation opportunities within processes - Drive the execution of automated scripts at all levels of QA - Perform test cases utilizing both manual and automated methods, analyzing results, and relaying feedback to the development team through clearly defined defects - Engage in deployment and post-production validation processes - Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria - Spearhead ongoing enhancements of testing processes, methodologies, and technologies - Mentor junior QA team members, providing training and support - Coordinate with outside development and testing teams - Partner with end users during User Acceptance Testing - Oversee Rural King application QA/Dev environments, including code versions and data management - Assist end users with guidance and support for application software - Produce functional documents such as training instructions for users - Offer functional and technical support to internal clients - Facilitate training for end users on software systems - Provide technical assistance during the design, development, and testing phases of applications - Participate actively in all stages of the SDLC - Evaluate enhancements for compatibility, ensuring adherence to operating standards - Prepare and present status reports to internal clients - Collaborate with internal teams to develop test cases, identifying, documenting, and resolving issues - Provide on-call support as directed by management - May be required to cross-train and take on additional responsibilities - Utilize general office equipment - Regularly operate a keyboard to input information - Remain in a seated or standing posture for extended periods - Communicate effectively in person and through electronic means
