Senior Software QA Analyst - Trilla

- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive test plans, scripts, and cases for various testing phases - Maintain a repository for regression tests relevant to assigned application stacks, including automation scenarios - Analyze defects to identify trends and improve testing cycles - Pinpoint opportunities for process automation - Oversee the execution of automated scripts throughout the QA process - Conduct test cases through both manual and automated methods, interpreting results and reporting feedback to the development team - Assist in deployment and post-production validation - Collaborate with teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria - Lead continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies and technologies - Provide mentorship to junior QA team members, offering training and support - Coordinate with external development and testing teams - Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with end users - Manage the Rural King application QA/Dev environments, including code versioning and data management - Support end users with application software guidance - Develop functional documentation such as user training instructions - Offer functional and technical support to internal clients - Assist in training end users on software systems - Provide technical assistance during application design, development, and testing phases - Participate in all phases of the SDLC - Evaluate enhancements for compatibility and compliance with operational guidelines - Prepare and deliver status reports to internal stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to create test cases and resolve issues - Provide on-call support as directed by the manager - May require cross-training and performance of additional duties as needed - Utilize general office equipment efficiently - Frequently operate a keyboard for data entry - Capable of sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods - Effectively communicate in person and via electronic devices
