Senior Software QA Analyst - Philo

- Design, implement, and uphold detailed test plans, scripts, and cases for various testing cycles - Maintain a repository of regression tests and define automation scenarios for assigned applications - Analyze defect trends and seek opportunities to enhance testing cycles - Identify automation opportunities within processes - Drive execution of automated scripts throughout the QA process - Execute both manual and automated test cases, interpret outcomes, and submit feedback to development teams - Participate in deployment and post-production validation - Collaborate with both internal and external teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria - Lead ongoing improvements in testing processes, methodologies, and technologies - Mentor junior QA team members with training and guidance - Coordinate with external development and testing teams - Partner with end users for User Acceptance Testing execution - Manage Rural King application QA/Dev environments, including code version and data oversight - Provide guidance and support for end users of application software - Develop functional documents, such as training materials for end users - Assist with internal customer training on software systems - Provide technical assistance throughout application design, development, and testing phases - Participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Review enhancements for compatibility and ensure adherence to operational guidelines - Prepare and deliver status reports to internal stakeholders - Collaborate with teams to create test cases and resolve identified issues - Offer on-call support as directed by management - May perform additional duties as required - Utilize general office equipment as needed - Frequently operate a keyboard for information entry - Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods - Communicate effectively both in-person and through electronic means
