Senior Software QA Analyst - Paris

- Plan and execute functional, system, integration, and end-to-end testing - Manage the Dev/Test environments within Rural Kings ecosystem - Ensure integrity and availability of all data and applications in our information systems - Collaborate with internal and external teams to guarantee thorough testing - Design, implement, and update detailed test plans, scripts, and test cases for various testing cycles - Maintain a repository of regression tests, including automation scenarios - Analyze defects to identify trends and improve testing methodologies - Spot opportunities for automating processes - Drive the execution of automated testing scripts - Execute test cases using manual and automated methods, reporting results clearly to the development team - Engage in post-production validation and deployment processes - Collaborate with various teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria - Lead continuous enhancement of testing methodologies and technologies - Mentor junior QA team members, providing training and insight - Coordinate work with external development and testing teams - Partner with end users for User Acceptance Testing - Oversee the management of Rural Kings application QA/Dev environments, including code versioning and data - Offer guidance and assistance to end users on application software - Create functional documentation, like training guides for users - Assist internal customers with functional and technical support - Train users on software systems - Provide technical support during application design, development, and testing phases - Participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Review enhancements for compatibility and adherence to operational guidelines - Prepare and deliver status reports to internal stakeholders - Collaborate to generate test cases and resolve documented issues - Provide on-call support as instructed by management - May be required to cross-train and undertake additional responsibilities - Utilize general office equipment efficiently - Operate a keyboard for information entry frequently - Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods - Communicate effectively in person and via electronic means
