Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of applications support experience, or equivalent education and experience
- 3 years experienced with ERP, WMS, MDM systems
- Familiarity with Oracle XStore is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Aptitude for problem-solving

- Proactive mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Competence in participating in our online applicant and new hire onboarding process remotely
- Ability to complete computer-based training
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute functional, system, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, scripts, and cases for various testing cycles
- Manage a repository of regression tests for assigned applications, including defining scenarios for automation
- Analyze defects to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Spot areas for automation within processes
- Oversee the execution of automated scripts throughout the QA process
- Conduct test cases, utilizing both manual and automated testing approaches, and communicate feedback to the development team through well-documented defects
- Contribute to deployment and post-production evaluations
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Lead ongoing enhancements in testing methodologies, processes, and technology
- Mentor junior QA team members by providing training and support
- Coordinate with external development and testing teams
- Partner with end users for User Acceptance Testing execution
- Manage the QA/Dev environments for Rural King applications, including code versioning and data management
- Offer end-user support for application software
- Create functional documents, such as user training instructions
- Provide functional and technical support to internal customers
- Assist in training end users on software systems
- Deliver technical assistance throughout application design, development, and testing phases
- Engage in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Evaluate enhancements for compatibility and ensure adherence to operational guidelines
- Prepare and present status reports to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams to develop test cases, document issues, and resolve them
- Offer on-call support as directed by the manager
- May be required to cross-train and undertake various other duties
- Utilize general office equipment
- Frequently operate a keyboard for data entry
- Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
- Communicate effectively with individuals both in-person and through electronic means
