Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years in applications support or a similar combination of education and experience
- At least 3 years of experience with ERP, WMS, MDM
- Familiarity with Oracle XStore is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Adept at problem-solving

- Capability to engage in our online application and onboarding processes remotely
- Ability to complete computer-based training
- Physical capacity to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Competency in seated or standing positions for extended periods
- Proficient in close vision tasks related to computers
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and uphold comprehensive test plans, scripts, and cases for various testing phases
- Maintain a library of regression tests for assigned application stacks and define scenarios for automation
- Evaluate defects to identify trends and improvement opportunities in test cycles
- Seek opportunities for automation in processes
- Oversee the execution of automated scripts throughout the QA workflow
- Carry out testing using both manual and automated methods, analyze results, and provide constructive feedback to the development team
- Engage in deployment phases and validate processes post-production
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to clarify specifications and acceptance criteria
- Spearhead the advancement of testing processes, methodologies, and technologies
- Mentor junior QA members, offering training and support
- Coordinate with external development and testing groups
- Collaborate with end users to facilitate User Acceptance Testing
- Manage Rural King application QA/Dev environments, including code version and data oversight
- Provide guidance and support to end users for application software
- Create functional documentation, including training materials for end users
- Offer functional and technical assistance to internal stakeholders
- Aid in training end users on software systems
- Provide technical support during application design, development, and testing phases
- Participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Assess and review enhancements for compatibility with operating protocols
- Prepare and deliver status updates to internal customers
- Work with internal teams to create test cases, document issues, and find resolutions
- Offer on-call support as directed by management
- May cross-train and undertake additional responsibilities as needed
- Operate general office equipment effectively
- Frequently use a keyboard for data entry
- Maintain positions (seated, standing, or walking) for extended periods
- Communicate effectively in-person and via electronic platforms
