Senior Software QA Analyst - Lerna

- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, scripts, and test cases for various testing cycles - Manage a repository of regression tests for assigned application stacks, including automation scenario definition - Analyze defects for patterns and areas for test cycle enhancement - Identify potential automation opportunities within processes - Oversee the execution of automated scripts at all levels of the QA process - Conduct test cases using both manual and automated testing techniques, interpreting results and providing clear feedback to the development team - Engage in deployment and post-production validation processes - Work closely with internal and external teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria - Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in testing processes, methods, and technologies - Mentor junior QA team members, offering training and support - Coordinate with external development and testing teams - Collaborate with end users for User Acceptance Testing execution - Manage Rural Kings QA/Dev environments, including code versions and data - Offer user support and guidance for application software - Create functional documents, such as training materials for end users - Provide functional and technical assistance to internal clients - Assist in training end users on software systems - Supply technical support during the design, development, and testing of applications - Contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Review enhancements for compatibility, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines - Prepare and present status reports to internal clients - Collaborate with internal teams to create test cases, document, and resolve issues - Provide on-call support as instructed by the manager - May require cross-training and performance of other duties - Utilize general office equipment - Frequently operate a keyboard for data entry - Stand, sit, or walk for extended durations - Communicate effectively with others, both in-person and online
