Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years in applications support or a comparable mix of education and experience
- 3 years of experience with ERP, WMS, MDM systems
- Familiarity with Oracle XStore is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail

- Willingness to engage in learning opportunities
- Capability to participate in our online application and new hire onboarding process remotely
- Proficiency in completing computer-based training
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage detailed test plans, scripts, and test cases for various testing phases
- Maintain a collection of regression tests for designated application stacks, including the establishment of automation scenarios
- Evaluate defects for patterns and opportunities to enhance testing cycles
- Identify potential automation opportunities within existing processes
- Lead the execution of automated testing scripts across all QA process levels
- Conduct test cases through both manual and automated methods, interpreting results and providing informative feedback to the development team
- Engage in deployment processes and post-production validation
- Work alongside internal and external teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Spearhead the ongoing improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and technologies
- Mentor less experienced QA team members, offering training and guidance
- Collaborate with external development and testing teams
- Partner with end users to facilitate User Acceptance Testing
- Manage the Rural King QA/Dev environments, including code versions and data
- Offer guidance and support to end users regarding application software
- Create functional documentation, such as user training instructions
- Deliver functional and technical assistance to internal stakeholders
- Assist in training end users on software systems
- Provide technical guidance during application design, development, and testing phases
- Participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Review and analyze enhancements to ensure compatibility and adherence to operating standards
- Prepare and deliver status reports to internal stakeholders
- Work with internal teams to create test cases, identify, document, and resolve issues
- Provide on-call support as assigned by the manager
- May involve cross-training and taking on additional duties
- Utilize general office equipment and regularly operate a keyboard to enter data
- Remain seated, standing, or walking for extended periods
- Effectively communicate with others in person and through electronic means
