Senior Software QA Analyst - La Place

- Plan and perform functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing - Manage the Dev/Test environments within Rural King - Ensure data and application integrity and availability in information systems - Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure comprehensive testing - Develop, execute, and sustain detailed test plans, scripts, and test cases - Maintain a repository of regression tests and define scenarios for automation - Analyze defect trends to enhance testing cycles - Identify automation opportunities within processes - Drive the execution of automated scripts at various QA process levels - Perform manual testing and utilize automated suites to interpret results - Engage in deployment activities and post-production validation - Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria with teams - Lead improvements in testing methodologies and practices - Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance - Coordinate with external development and testing teams - Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with end-users - Manage application QA/Dev environments along with code versions and data - Offer end-user support for application software - Create functional documentation, including user training materials - Provide functional and technical assistance to internal stakeholders - Support end-user software training - Collaborate throughout all phases of the SDLC - Assess and review enhancements for compatibility with operational guidelines - Prepare and present status updates to internal clients - Work with teams to document and resolve issues in test cases - Provide on-call support as directed by management - May be required to cross-train and perform additional tasks as needed - Utilize general office equipment and frequently operate a keyboard for data entry - Maintain mobility for long periods of sitting, standing, or walking
