- Plan and execute functional, system, integration, and end-to-end testing - Manage the development and testing environments within Rural King - Ensure data and application integrity and availability within information systems - Collaborate with internal and external teams to finalize testing requirements - Design, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, scripts, and cases - Maintain regression test repository for designated application stacks - Analyze defect trends to enhance test cycles - Identify automation opportunities within testing processes - Execute automated scripts at various QA levels - Utilize both manual testing and automated suites, providing feedback to development teams - Participate in deployment and post-production validation - Lead continuous improvements in testing processes and methodologies - Mentor junior QA team members, offering guidance and training - Coordinate with external development and testing teams - Partner with end users during User Acceptance Testing - Manage Rural King application QA/dev environments including code versions and data - Offer guidance and support to end users regarding application software - Create functional documentation, including training materials for users - Provide functional and technical assistance to internal customers - Support training for end users on software systems - Assist during application design, development, and testing phases - Analyze and review enhancements for compatibility with established guidelines - Prepare and deliver status reports to internal stakeholders - Work with internal teams to develop test cases and resolve issues - Provide on-call support as directed by the manager - Be open to cross-training for additional duties as needed - Utilize general office equipment as required - Operate keyboard for data entry - Remain seated, standing, or walking for extended periods - Communicate effectively with others both in person and electronically
